NON-REFUNDABLE

Digital Gift Cards & Presentation Gift Cards are non-refundable once purchased.
Our Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.

VALIDITY PERIOD

Gift cards have a 1 year automatic expiry from date of purchase, if you have an evoucher
this is noted on you purchase email when the evoucher was sent.

REDEMPTION

Our gift vouchers our only redeemable onsite and not valid to be used on our
web orders.

LOST OR STOLEN

We are not liable for any certificates that are lost, stolen, destroyed, or used without
permission. Replacement of lost or stolen certificates is not possible.

REMAINING BALANCE

Any unused balance will not be returned or credited. If the purchase value exceeds the
amount of the gift certificate, the remaining balance must be paid by another form of
payment. No cashback will be given if the purchase amount is less than the value of the
Gift Certificate.

EXCLUSIONS

Our Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offers or
discounts. They cannot be used to purchase further gift cards.
