Our philosophy is that food is the foundation of true happiness, which is what we aim to deliver for our customers every day. Situated on the site of the oldest inn on the Royal Mile, we serve the very best of British seafood and shellfish, sourced from boutique suppliers across the country.
Every one of our hand harvested Oysters and every cut of fish that leaves our kitchen, is farmed or fished in accordance with our strict environmental and quality values.
